Pricing questions
What counts as a credit?
Most successful calls cost one credit. Address autocomplete suggestions are free, and successful lookups that return a UPRN cost 35 credits. Property screening, reports and Land Registry operations have their credit cost shown in the API Hub before use. Lookups that return no data are not charged.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every account starts with a 14-day free trial and 500 test API credits so you can try every endpoint before choosing a plan. A card is required to start the trial.
What happens when I run out of credits?
Requests are declined with a clear error until your plan renews. You can upgrade to a higher tier at any time to add more monthly calls.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes. Move up or down a tier, or cancel, whenever you like from your dashboard. Changes take effect from your next billing date.
Do all plans get the same data?
Yes. Every credit plan can call all 46 APIs. Higher tiers add more monthly credits, higher rate limits and faster support.
Should I pay monthly or yearly?
Pay monthly for flexibility, or pay yearly to save around 10%. You can switch between the two at any time.
