Property data API

Is there a Zoopla API?

Not for public use. Zoopla's developer site says its listings API is no longer publicly available and asks commercial users to contact Zoopla about data access. If you need sold prices, valuations or property facts, you can get them from the public sources behind the portals.

Checked against Zoopla's published documentation on 27 October 2026. Portal access terms can change.

Common questions

Frequently asked questions

Is there a Zoopla API?

Zoopla's listings API is no longer publicly available. The APIs Zoopla still documents are for member agents and their software providers, such as leads services.

What happened to the old Zoopla API?

Zoopla used to offer a developer API covering listings, sold prices and its own estimates, with an approved developer key. That listings API is now closed to the public, so older wrapper libraries built on it are unlikely to work.

Where does Zoopla's sold price data come from?

For England and Wales it comes from HM Land Registry price paid data. Our Sold prices API returns those Land Registry records directly, from 1995 onwards.

Can I get a property estimate like Zoopla's?

Zoopla's estimates come from its own model. Our Property valuation API returns an estimate from Land Registry sold prices and the House Price Index, with a 0 to 100 confidence score and a low, mid and high range.

Do you have Zoopla listings?

No. We don't provide live listings, asking prices, photos or agent details. Our APIs cover sold prices, valuations, EPCs, rents, council tax, flood risk and title data.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. Every account starts with a 14-day trial and 500 test API credits, so you can try the APIs before choosing a plan.
